Return Policy
Our Guarantee: We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you may return it under the conditions outlined below.
Return Eligibility:
- Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery.
- Products must be in their original condition, unused, and in the original packaging.
- Custom orders and digital downloads are non-refundable.
Return Process:
- Contact Us: Before returning an item, please contact us at chowlie.studio@gmail.com with the Subject [Return] and your order number and reason for the return.
- Receive Return Authorization: We will provide you with a return authorization and instructions on how and where to send your package.
- Pack and Ship: Securely pack the item(s) in the original packaging and include your order number inside the package. The customer is responsible for sending the item(s) back to us using a trackable shipping method and covering the return shipping costs.
Refunds:
- Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item(s) and notify you of the status of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 10 business days.
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Exchanges:
- We do not offer exchanges. Please return the items and place a new order.
Damaged or Defective Items:
- If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at chowlie.studio@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the damaged or defective product.
- We will arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.
