Shipping policy
Processing Time:
- All orders are processed within 2-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.
- You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Domestic Shipping:
- We offer standard shipping within Germany, which typically takes 3-5 business days for delivery.
International Shipping:
- We ship worldwide! International shipping times vary by destination and can take between 7-21 business days.
- Please note that delivery times may be extended due to customs processing and other unforeseen delays.
Shipping Rates:
- Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
- For international orders, additional customs and import duties may apply. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient.
Order Tracking:
- Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number.
- You can track your order on the carrier’s website using the tracking number provided.
Shipping Carriers:
- We use Deutsche Post and DHL for both domestic and international shipments.
- The carrier may vary based on the destination and service selected at checkout.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes:
- We are not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Lost or Damaged Packages:
- We are not liable for any products lost or damaged during shipping. However, if your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately with your order number and a photo of the damaged item. We will work with you to resolve the issue.
Delivery Issues:
- If you haven’t received your order within the estimated delivery time, please contact us with your order number. We will look into the matter and assist you in locating your package.
Incorrect Shipping Addresses:
- Please ensure that all shipping information is correct before finalizing your order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
Pre-Order And In-Stock Shipping Informations:
- Please note that if your order includes both in-stock items and pre-order items, the entire order will be shipped together when the pre-order item becomes available. If you would like to receive the in-stock items sooner, we recommend placing a separate order for those items.
